Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Overview of Service

postbuild (https://www.postbuild.dev and the npx git-paid CLI & MCP server) provides automated post-build technical SEO diagnostics, structured metadata synthesis (JSON-LD, OpenGraph, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt), programmatic SEO route generation, tenant-isolated @postbuild.dev verification inboxes, and curated software directory launch kits.

2. License Keys, Domain Verification & Fulfillment

Upon completing payment for a Single Project Launch Pass ($29 one-time), customers receive immediate digital fulfillment of their 85-directory launch kit, .zip Launch Bundle, and signed pb_live_... CLI license token tied to their checkout email address. To prevent unauthorized interception of third-party domain verification emails, reading the dedicated <domain>-bot@postbuild.dev verification inbox requires either signing in with a verified @<domain> email address or maintaining domain ownership proof on <domain> (via /.well-known/postbuild-verify.txt, a homepage <head> <meta name="postbuild-verification"> tag, or a _postbuild.<domain> DNS TXT record). License keys are revocable upon chargeback, refund, or Terms violation.

3. Refunds, Receipts & Billing

• One-Time Launch Pass ($29): The Single Project Launch Pass is a one-time payment per project domain with no recurring subscription charges. Itemized Stripe receipts and PDF invoices are available at any time via the Account & Billing tab on https://www.postbuild.dev.
• 14-Day Refund Policy: If you experience a technical issue or are unsatisfied with your Launch Pass, contact support@postbuild.dev within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

4. Acceptable Use & Third-Party Directories

You agree to scan and submit only legitimate software products, developer tools, or SaaS applications that you own or are authorized to represent. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service and editorial guidelines of any third-party directory (such as Product Hunt, Hacker News, AlternativeTo, or BetaList) to which you submit your product. Postbuild prepares launch payloads and verification inboxes but does not guarantee editorial acceptance or listing placement by third-party directories.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE AND CLI SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTBUILD STUDIO'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO POSTBUILD IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
